PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - FAMILIES
A two year transitional housing program for families who have been living in a Fairfax County shelter or for families who are reuniting because the parent has recently come out of residential treatment or the children are returning from foster care. Participation in weekly case management provided by New Hope Housing staff is required. Life skills, budgeting, parenting, daily living skills, employment services, ESL classes, and other support services are provided.
